We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom: Including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2-10 working days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal delays).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery/International Shipping: £2.99 for orders under £20. Free for orders over £20.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders will be dispatched up to 3 working days from your order date.

5. Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
  • Track your parcel online to stay updated on its progress.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at hello@themarketstore.co.uk.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Customs and Duties

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in our shipping charges.
